Directions to Chase Square
(SW Corner of Main and Clinton):

Most people park at Midtown Plaza Parking and cross the pedestrian bridge over Clinton leading off of the second level of Midtown, which brings you into Chase Square.

From the West: - 490 East:

To get to Midtown from the West - 490 East to the South Avenue exit. At the second light, take a left onto Mt. Hope Avenue, and then another left onto South Clinton Avenue. Take a right onto Court Street, and you will see an entrance to Midtown parking on the left. You will enter the garage by the center lane (it's well marked) and then bear off to the right once underground (you can't enter where it says "Key Card Only"). Take a ticket and the gate will lift.

From the East - 490 West:

Take 490 West and Exit at Downtown/Clinton Avenue. (before the Highway makes the split to the West towards Buffalo etc). Continue straight ahead and you will eventually want to get to the right. On your left you will notice GeVa Theatre, then Washington Square Park, then Bausch and Lomb and Xerox Tower opposite. Get to the right and notice the signs for Midtown Parking and take the ramp down into the underground parking.

Once inside Midtown Parking Garage:

Park and take the escalators up into the main level of Midtown. Walk straight ahead staying to the left (Clinton Ave) side of the Plaza. (you are walking towards Main Street and will go left towards Clinton Ave) To your left you will see Peebles Dept store and just ahead in the center of the corridor is the Abbott's Ice Cream stand - notice an escalator going up to your left - go up the escalator then proceed straight ahead on to the walkway over Clinton Ave. Once inside Chase Tower take the one of the first set of (4) elevators to the 24th floor and check in at Reception.
