In addition to competitive salaries, associates at Boylan Brown receive a wide variety of benefits which currently include a stipend toward bar exam and moving expenses for recent law school graduates, 3 weeks of paid vacation per year; contribution by the firm toward single or family coverage health insurance, participation in the firm's dental insurance plan, with premiums paid by the employee with pre-tax dollars, eligibility to use pre-tax dollars for medical and dependent care expenses and parking, group life insurance, group long term disability insurance, immediate eligibility to participate in the firm's 401(k) Plan, and participation in the firm's Employee Retirement Target Benefit.
