Mr. Palmer concentrates his practice on bankruptcy, collections and litigation. He serves as Chair of the firm’s Collections Department.

Mr. Palmer is a member of the Monroe County and New York State Bar Associations. He serves on both the Professional Performance Committee and the Bankruptcy Committee of the MCBA, and is a member of Rochester’s Emerging Bar Leaders (REBL).
