Mr. Feldstein has practiced in the area of commercial real estate his entire career, representing clients in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including the sale, purchase and financing (both permanent and construction) of commercial property, leasing (both landlord and tenant) of office, retail, industrial and warehouse facilities, the development of industrial parks and tax deferred exchanges. Mr. Feldstein has also practiced in the public finance area, acting as company counsel, bond counsel, and lender’s counsel in various tax-exempt and taxable industrial development agency bond financings.

Mr. Feldstein has been a partner with Boylan, Brown since 1999. Prior to that he was a real estate partner with Phillips, Lytle LLP and with Nixon, Hargrave, Devans & Doyle (now Nixon, Peabody LLP) where he was vice chair of the real estate department.
